stickers and you're going to remove the

to stick them to the mounting plate

next remove the white stickers and place

a towel bar against the wall with some

pressure

now remove the towel bar from the mount

by sliding up

and add some pressure on each mount for

30 seconds to ensure it adheres properly

slide back on the towel bar and then

wait 24 hours before using it
